IOT for Urban Garden Management

Innopartner collaborated with a company to develop a smart IOT system for urban garden management to monitor plant conditions and optimize the use of water for irrigation. The project has the potential to reduce water usage as well as reduce manpower requirements and improve operational efficiency.

The work scope of the project includes the following activities:

• Review internal processes of Client

• Designing a hardware and software architecture based on Client requirements.

• Developing Cloud and APP platform

• Formulating Bill of Materials

• Liaising with key suppliers to ensure availability of key semiconductor components.

• Designing PCB for proprietary hardware 

• Manufacturing PCBA with China partner

• Assembling and testing IOT hardware products
